Job Description

NTG is seeking many skilled and experienced acute care International Registered Nurses—in all specialties–who are enthusiastic, passionate and motivated to deploy and work for our U.S.-based clients. Initial Requirements include: a BSN Degree; a minimum of one year CURRENT acute care experience (“on the bedside”) in a hospital setting; the successful completion of the NCLEX exam.

Note: Registered Nurses With an existing “Priority Date” is preferred, however not a requirement for application

BASIC FUNCTION:
Position is responsible for collaborating with physicians and healthcare team/s in the delivery of highly-skilled and quality patient care.

1. Delivers appropriate care to patients, at a competent level, according to the RN skills inventory and the age and needs of the patient/population served.

2. Coordinates the planning for delivery of nursing care with a multidisciplinary team and administers appropriate clinical decisions in the delivery of patient care.

 

3. Meets treatment goals; evaluates the quality of patient care and contributes to the revision of standards of care.

4. Ensures safe care to patients adhering to policies, procedures and standards of care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing (BSN Degree).

2. At least one year of CURRENT acute care experience as a registered nurse.

3. Successful completion of the NCLEX and IELTS exams.
